VGMAs Norminees Jam, 2015: Edem, Joey B, D Black, EL & Others held audience spellbound @ Obama City-Cape Coast

On Saturday, March 21, 2015, history repeated itself when Vodafone Nominees Jam again recorded very massive turnout at Victoria Park, Cape Coast. As usual there was ‘dumsor’ but that did not prevent the Obama City guys from attending the VGMAs nominees jam in their numbers.

Powered by GHOne TV, and with great support from Vodafone Ghana, the event was hosted by George Quaye as well as Amanda Jissih, whilst award-winning Starr fm dj, Dj Nii Ayi Tagoe was the man behind the wheel of steels. The night was kicked off by some electrifying dancers. Room was made for the underground musicians from the Obama City to show off what they’ve got, and then there were performances from the Unsung category guys; Koo Ntakrah, Luther, Kingzkid, Black Suburb, Mz Yankey and Nero X.

The jam also witness performances from Edem, Joey B, Pappy Kojo, MzVee, EL, Kaakie, Joe Mettle, Afriyie, Dblack among other acts. Rain or no rain, the show was just massive, the turn-out was just something else
