Photos: St.Augustine's College wins the 2016 Sprite Ball Championship after beating Mfantsipim 37-22

The finals of the 2016 Edition of Sprite Basketball Championship which was held at the EL Wak Sports Stadium yesterday saw St. Augustine’s College, AUGUSCO walloped Mfantsipim College to win big this year’s Sprite Basketball Championship by 37-22.

In the ladies competition, 5 times finalist, Aggrey Memorial College narrowly defeated Accra Wesley Girls by 9-8 to emerge winners. Dennis Dugbenu aka. Mantse was the tournament MVP with 25 pts, 16rbs and 3stls.

This year’s championship witnessed lot of activities from various personalities whose secondary schools were part of the Sprite Ball Challenge. The likes of Wanlov Kubolor was there to rep his alma mater, Adisadel College, Nathaniel Attoh of Joy Fm was there for St. Augustine’s Collgee and more other personalities were there to show support for their alma mater.
