Churning out evergreen songs and my stage performances have kept me relevant till date – Amakye Dede

Abrantie Amakye Dede, aka ‘Serious’ has in a radio interview advised the
new generation of musicians that they should bring out classic songs, they
should not rush it in releasing songs, they should have more rehearsal sessions
as well, work on their stage performances and more.
He said, “It has been years since I release any new song, but not for
the evergreen songs I churned out those days as well as my electrifying stage
performances, I would have been lost and way forgotten in the music industry by
now.”
On how he is able to maintain his energy level during his performances
likewise his stunning stage performances, he said, “Even though I’ve played
with my band for quite many years, we still make sure we have series of
rehearsal sessions prior to any gig we would be playing, I don’t take this for
granted, and i exercise as well.”
Abrantie is set to perform this Saturday at the African Legends Night.
