I Have Never Dated Mugeez of R2bees - Efya claims

Ghanaian multiple award winning vocal artiste, Efya has debunked the rumours making waves that she has a thing for Mugeez of R2bees fame or has ever dated him. 

She made this revelation when she was hosted by Afia Schwarzenegger on the Aben Wo Ho on Kasapa 102.3 FM Wednesday. “I have never dated Mugeez of R2bees, no it’s not true.” She said. 

Ghanaian pop star, Efya, has commended Sarkodie’s talent, saying the fastest rapper inspires her so much and that is the reason for featuring him in most of her songs .

“Most of my songs have Sarkodie being part of it because he’s got talent and we love the music we do.”

Efya told Afia Schwarzenegger on the Aben Wo Ho on Kasapa 102.3 FM  Wednesday she will go into farming after 10 years in the music industry.

She noted that there was high competition in the music industry now, but she was confident that her persistent hard work will enable her beat the competition.

Efya got her first exposure to fame when she participated in the maiden edition of the Stars of the Future talent show and has won the Best Female Vocal Performance awards at the Ghana Music Awards in four conservative times since 2011.

The soulful songbird recently thrilled guests to her usual dose of enthralling performances as the headline act at The Loaded Party held on the 25th of July, 2015 and is set to perform alongside Sarkodie, Ice Prince and Banky W at the “Sarkodie History In The Making Concert” in Atlanta, USA on 8th August, 2015.
