I'm under appreciated and recognized here in Ghana- Rapper EL reveals

Rapper EL believes he is under appreciated and recognized here in Ghana. He made this revelation  known on GhOne TV's hanging out with KOD show. 

When the host asked him whether he is being recognized and appreciated, he said, "I'm not being appreciated, i produce my own songs, mix the songs, master it, market the songs, i own my own record label, BBNZ where i signed whole lots of acts such as C Real, Gemini, Stargo, Sika Osei, Dj Mic Smith, Lil Shaker on the label, but sometimes you would see people make list out there, for example top 10 musicians in Ghana and EL has been placed at the 5th position. How? sometimes when i see stuffs like that, it pisses me off."

On whether he appeals to only a group of music lovers, he disclosed that he makes music for all and sundry, "You can never place me in a  box, i'm a diverse kind of person,  i do songs for the young and the old, that's how come you would hear Auntie Martha, Crazy Love ft. Ice Prince, Shelele and more", he said.

Lots of people expressed their dismay at EL been crown the best rapper of the year at 2015 VGMAS. When asked whether within himself, he felt he deserved the best rapper of the year at the recently held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, he said, "I deserved the best rapper at all cost, i released lots of hiphop tunes, the BAR mixtape and more. i knew within myself i deserved the best rapper at the VGMAS."

EL in the course of the interview revealed that almost everyday, young musicians walked up to him claiming they want to work with him and more but he just ignores them. On why he does that, he said,  "A lot of people asked me they want to work with me, sometimes i know they are well talented, but i want to see that level of perseverance in them, i want to be sure they are overly serious before i have something to do with them, but it's not that i don't want to help anyone." 

Have you ever seen EL without his cap on before? EL revealed that his most embarrassing moment on this earth was when during his performance on stage, a fan came up stage and in a way of cheering him up, removed his cap. He said he just couldn't believed it and that he had the shock of his life that day.
