News: (See Photos) Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Samini, Kaakie, Kofi Kinaata & Others Held Patrons Spellbound At The Freedom Concert, Kumasi

The Baba Yara Sports Stadium-Kumasi yesterday resounded to thrilling, rocking and exciting performances from Kwabena Kwabena, Stonebwoy, Samini, Sarkodie, Guru, Kaakie, Kofi Kinaata,

 The event was well publicized to it was shockingly surprising when the event attracted thousands of patrons. Prior to the commencement of the event proper, it drizzled at some parts of Kumasi, so the organizers were little bit skeptical as to how the event would turn-out.

Kofi Kinaata dazzled the much parked stadium to great tunes like Oo Azzay, among others. Dancehall queen was just superb on the night, thrilling patrons to tunes such as Ronaldo, Too much, among others. Kwabena Kwabena as usual gave his evergreen performance. Guru also proved a point yesterday; he was wowed patrons to the best of his ability as he performed ‘Pooley, Bosam ani among other songs. 

Stonebwoy was one of the artistes who gave patrons their money worth as he treated to good music and showmanship and as usual he delivered to the utmost satisfaction of many. Pull up, Baafira, Not Again among others were the songs he performed on the night. In the course of his performance, a young man threw an empty can at him, and police was just spot on as they did not hesitate to arrest the man, but that did not even took the shine out of his delivery. His performance was just sterling that it wasn’t surprising when the patrons decided that they won’t allow him to get off the stage. He just rocked the Freedom Concert to the maximum.   

 Samini as usual rocked patrons to live band music; his craft on the nigh kept patrons yelling for more. Majority of patrons couldn’t help but to sing along and dance as well till sweat dripped all over their bodies. His ‘Linda’ tune sent the crowd agog. His delivery and energy on stage was just too much.  

Sarkodie once again proved that he is not only a studio artiste but a great performer as well. Oo he just mesmerized the crowd, even the VVIPS couldn’t help but to shout and scream for more. Music fans were moved by his extraordinary performance on the night. Sarkodie left the patrons panting thunderously after his performance had come to an end.
