I’m comfortable playing the bad guy roles in movies – Pusher boasts

Multiple award-winning actor, Adjetey Annan-Pusher has revealed that he enjoys playing bad guy and aggressive roles in movies. This revelation comes at the back of some actors and actress disclosing bitterly that people see them play not too cool roles in movies and relate those bad roles to them in real life.

When asked by the host, Blaque Boi on GH One TV what his favourite role is, he said, “I’m comfortable playing the bad guy roles in movies, because I’m not the aggressive type or the bad guy in real life. “I get excited when I play those roles and play them well.

Pusher has cast in lot of movies. On why he would love to be a part of a movie, he said when the storyline is not good and more. He said, “Before I accept and agree to be a part of a production, the storyline has to be a good one, the director has to be well-informed and of course the cash as well.

On his general view on the Ghanaian movie industry, he revealed that the industry is still growing.

He said, “ The industry is growing but the pace is slow, the indiscipline has to stop and as well we must research and produce good movies that we can send out there.”

He ended the interview by advising that it is necessary to learn the skill of the trade and that talent is just not enough.
