Reports say award-winning actress Ama K Abebrese is contemplating relocating to Sunyani in the Brong-Ahafo Region, days after she visited the city to premiere her latest movie, Double Cross.
“I am in love with Sunyani. The place is so green and quiet. It’s a perfect place for holiday getaway. I wish to relocate there, if not for work. There is no traffic and hardly do you get dumsor,” Ama revealed.
She finds the capital of the Brong-Ahafo Region conducive.
Ama remains one of Ghana’s award-winning actresses on the African continent. She once picked Africa Movie Awards Best Actress in Lead Role and commands a lot of respect.
She was in Sunyani over the weekend to premiere her movie, Double Cross, at the Sunyani Polytechnic Auditorium. Produced by Ama K Abebrese, the movie is directed by Pascal Aka and features John Dumelo, Adjetey Anang and Ama K Abebrese among others.
As part of her visit to Sunyani, Ama made a stopover at the Sunyani Regional Hospital’s Emergency Ward, Accident Ward, Children Ward and Maternity Ward. |
